Alicia Witt is a pianist and singer who has worked on the screen since when she was a child. In 2009, after mostly working as a piano player the singer released her own album, which highlighted Alicia Witt's obvious connection to Elton John, Billy Joel and many others, accompanied by her warm and powerful voice. Revisionary History by Ben Folds, her debut studio album released in 2015, was made available. The Conduit was her next release and was her first time in co-production. Alicia Witt appeared in the 1984 David Lynch adaptation of Frank Herbert's Dune as Alia Atreides. This isn't surprising considering that, being only ten years old it was assumed that she was acting as an actress, despite the fact she'd played piano for as long as acting. Although she was onscreen more, her career as a musician did not commence until the year 1995.
